This product did a good job (with steel wool scrubbing) to remove a product that was put on wood before we got it, and took it down (almost all removed) to the base wood so we could apply a proper product. Would use this again.Since this product was initially not available in early summer when I needed it so I used other Teak cleaners. Now that I have this one I would never use the others. This product has a slight foam and less corrosive then other products that I used. It was easier to apply and it involved less work to clean up the teak than the other products. So it may seem a bit more than other products there is a reason for it, it is far superior to others on the market.This cleaner will remove dirt and other debris from your teak furniture. Easy to work with and it works. Must be followed up by using the Brightener product!Works great on our large outdoor teak table. Best followed up with the oil to preserve the appearance.We used the whole kit, cleaner, brightener and oil...amazing difference, so pleased with the results.
