Packaging was exceptionally poor.Should have been padded and shipped in a non-leaking bag. Cannot return items like this. Be sure to take pictures of the box it's sent in if it has leaked. Had to submit a claim through my credit card to be reimbursed. I've used this product extensively on the white skin of my horsetrailer. Product is wonderful. Customer service nonexistent.
