We bought this after having an older version of the product for over 10 years, and I can say that the steam pressure isn’t nearly the same. It’s weak, and it won’t clean the polishing compound off the watch bands like we need it to. The main problem though is that after returning it in original condition immediately, we got a $190 dollar restocking fee.
