I love a well designed product and this thing is pretty much perfect, bar 1 or 2 things I'll touch on later.I've used this thing on a sofa-bed and its respective pillows (PS: Don't mind the wet pillows, everything typically dries within an hour or so), the interior of my mom's 2012 Honda Civic, and my gross office chair I sit on for hours a day. This was able to tackle all of them and bring them back to life. It visibly pulled out and removed the coffee/tea stains in the Honda from weeks ago (possibly months), it finally removed the horrible (tmi) scent deep in the cushion of the office chair, and it made the sofa look like it did when we first bought it. My final battle will be with the old, stained mattresses in our home, wish me luck (haven't tried the permanent stain remover yet)!Things I especially like:-I was able to use some regular soap mixed with the hot water as instructed with the machine and it still did a great job, and the respective Bissell formulas should be able to deal with the more serious situations.-The outlet cord is plenty long, so you won't feel limited on that end-The self-cleaning tool is genius, allowing you to satisfactorily flush the vacuum cord-Plenty of water storage for the clean water, I got all seats in the car done on one tank.-Even more storage for the dirty water tank.-Super easy to clean as the tanks are nicely split, and there's little chance to accidentally spill the dirty tank by design(the handle for the dirty tank doubles as a seal for the tank, the only way to open it and thus spill it is by removing it entirely from the machine)-Considering the relatively few times you'll need to use this, you have plenty of the Bissell formulas for trial, and I looked up the full products and they're not all that bad in price, thankfully.Things that could be better:-The vacuum cord is on the shorter side personally, so you do have to lug the machine around at times, so in that sense you might feel limited. This is better suited for dealing with small areas to avoid that though.-This thing is LOUD, but I'll take that over poor suction (I managed to keep the doors in the car closed while using it and apparently it wasn't all that noticeable in that case)-Again, it's more suited for smaller areas, otherwise you'll start to get tired doing this by hand (but you'll only be doing this once in a blue moon, right...)
