I didn’t really expect much given the price point. Even a hand held rug cleaner costs 30-50% more than this steam cleaner, and it just sucks up water. I live in Colorado and Moths inundate the state at the start of spring. Thousands of deceased moths cover the inside windows of outside structures and will bake in the 90+ heat for weeks. I have previously used ridiculous amounts of vinegar windex and paper towels to clean the windows and just end up smearing the windows rather then clean them. This steam cleaner comes in a nice case with multiple cleaning tips, gloves, squeegee, and even a flashlight. I was at first hesitant using a water pull system out of a bucket, but used a 5 gal bucket filled 3/4 full for over 3 hours and never ran out of water. I will probably use an old Bleach container, and drill a hole through the cap and use it next time. Although the water heats up fast, it isn’t commercial grade and so I found out just slightly pulling the trigger works best. You do have to be careful not to burn yourself by touching wand, as it is easy to forget that it is as hot as the steam coming out. I am extremely thankful that I am able to order items like these off Amazon. I honestly have no idea where I would have found a steamer/cleaner that is this efficient at this price point.
